A traditional stone built character cottage tucked away in one of the oldest parts of Dornoch but still totally central to all amenities. The 13th century Cathedral, the word class Royal Dornoch Golf Course and the award winning Beach are all within strolling distance.

This newly refurbished Cottage has a beautiful hand made bespoke kitchen, with fridgefreezer, dishwasher,  Microwave,  etc. with a large table to  seat 4 to 6
The sitting room is snug and comfortable with a  multi fuel burner which is ideal for a cosy evening in with  a relaxing drink, put your feet up and watch  BT vision and Sky sports on the TV.

The Cottage has 2 good sized bedrooms on the first floor, each with their own en-suites  (beds can be twins or king size) and a spacious landing area.

The small neat sunny walled garden with its picnic bench is a nice place to start or end your day. It’s very private and very peaceful. The outside space is accessed either from a door from the kitchen or door from the sitting room.
