Large airy fully equipped fitted kitchen with seating for 6-8 people, there is also a seperate utility room with washing machine & Tumble Dryer.

3 Large bedrooms with 6' Super King beds or two 3' Twins Each room has 22" TV with DVD player.

Ground floor shower room with wash hand basin & WC.

First floor Large bathroom with large Spa Bath and walk in eparate shower, Wash hand basin & WC The house also boasts a drying room & a bag store and a large sunny Garden looking over the golf course.

Dogs/Pets: Green Keepers Cottage are happy to welcome your well behaved pet. The cost of their stay will be £30 per dog per week. Or £5 per dog per day.

Conditions:
1) Dogs (pets) are not allowed in the bedroom, on beds or on furniture.
2) All dog (pet) waste in or around the property must be cleared and disposed of responsibly.
3) Any damage caused by your dog (pet) must be reported to the agent.
