7 Grant Crescent is a modern detached house situated in a quiet residential area within an easy 5-minute walk from the centre of the pretty town of Dornoch with its medieval cathedral. In the town you will find shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and our award-winning beach, not to mention our World Class Royal Dornoch Golf Course. The house has ample off-road parking for two cars.
Downstairs: Comprises airy and contemporary open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen areas plus a toilet/shower room.
The comfortable lounge offers a smart TV, DVD and CD players. There is free WiFi, and a printer which can be operated from a mobile phone. There are also some games, books, DVDs and CDs.
The dining area has a large table that easily seats six, and French windows opening to the garden.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction oven/hob and fridge/freezer plus all the usual equipment you would expect (toaster, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine etc), as well as a good selection of crockery, glassware, and cutlery. It also has a wide range of baking and cooking equipment should you want to cook during your stay. There is a washing machine in the toilet/shower room.
Upstairs: Comprises 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
- In the super king bedroom, the bed can be converted into two single beds if required.
- There is a television and large mirrored wardrobe.
- The King size bedroom also has a television and large mirrored wardrobe.
- The double bedroom sleeps two and has clothes-hanging and storage space.
- The family bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower, WC and washbasin.
The Garden: The enclosed garden is mainly lawn and has a large decking area connected to the dining area by French windows. There is a table and six chairs complete with an umbrella. making it an ideal spot to relax in the evening sun with a glass of wine after a day of walking, sightseeing or golf.
